Workspeed is supported on the latest version of Internet Explorer.

Workspeed is supported on the latest version of Firefox.
Note: Visitor Management functionality is only supported when using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

Apple Safari
Workspeed is supported on the latest version of Safari.
Note: Visitor Management functionality is only supported when using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

Google Chrome
Workspeed is supported on the latest version of Chrome.
Note: Visitor Management functionality is only supported when using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser.

General considerations

  • Pop-up windows and cookies must be enabled in your browser for the Workspeed application to function properly.
  • Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) must be enabled in your browser for the Workspeed application to function properly. For instructions on how to enable SSL, please refer to your browser documentation.
  • When using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, make sure your browser is checking for certificate revocation.
  • When using the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser, make sure you have Compatibility View disabled.
